Software Engineer, VOD

The VOD Engineering team seeks a Software Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support automated VOD workflow systems for NBCUniversal's streaming platforms. The role involves collaborating with product owners and teams to deliver premium video experiences, designing APIs and data contracts, managing AWS cloud services, and working on agentic workflows to improve media processing and engineering operations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 3-5 years of software development experience with streaming media or VOD workflows, proficiency in Go, experience with AWS, strong software design skills, experience with specification-driven development and agentic workflows, understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
