Senior Software Engineer

The Growth & Product Platform team builds full-stack systems for user onboarding, trial activation, product discovery, and intelligent engagement. The role involves designing and shipping full-stack features, driving product-led growth initiatives, building frontend experiences with React/TypeScript, backend services with Go/Node.js/Java, and driving experimentation. The engineer will work on Cortex Code, an AI-powered development environment, and contribute to platform engineering and product.

6+ years experience building large-scale distributed or user-facing systems, strong full-stack development with TypeScript/React and backend languages (Go, Java, Node.js), product sense and interest in PLG, hands-on A/B testing, data analysis with SQL, distributed systems and REST/gRPC APIs, cloud platforms a plus, strong collaboration skills, BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent.
