As a Senior or Staff Software Engineer, Backend on Platform Engineering, you design and build scalable backend services using Go, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and GCP. You own outcomes end-to-end, lead technical design, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted engineering tools. The role involves on-call rotation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

7+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Staff) experience building scalable backend software. Expertise in Go, Kubernetes, GCP, MongoDB, OAuth. Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices. Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools. High autonomy, technical direction setting, mentoring, and communication skills.
