Senior Backend Software Engineer - Core Services

Radiant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Golang and Kubernetes experience to design and build high-performance cloud-native back-end systems and scalable APIs for AI workloads including LLMs and GPU-based services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and upholding engineering best practices.

Proven experience developing production systems in Golang, designing distributed systems and APIs (gRPC, REST), improving software quality through testing and code reviews, deep knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures, hands-on experience with containers, Helm, and microservices. Preferred: DevOps, CI/CD, deploying LLMs or GPU workloads, tuning ML inference pipelines.
