Lead the Enablement platform group at Risk Ledger, owning infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and reliability practices. Set technical direction, improve CI/CD, own SLOs and observability, partner with product teams, and coach engineers. Core stack: Go, AWS, Vue.js. Essential: platform engineering experience, AWS/K8s, IaC, reliability, security-minded design, Go familiarity, management track record.

Requirements

Essential: hands-on platform/DevOps/SRE experience, production AWS/K8s, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), modern CI/CD, reliability ownership (incident management, SLOs, observability), security-minded design, relational databases (Postgres/SQL), async messaging, Go familiarity, management experience, clear communication. Desirable: platform as internal product, Team Topologies, DORA metrics, product prioritization.
