Senior Staff+ Software Engineer, Node Infra

Senior Staff+ Software Engineer on Node Infra team responsible for the full lifecycle of accelerator capacity at Anthropic, including ingestion, provisioning, cluster scaling, and automated health/diagnostics/repair systems. The role involves technical strategy, cross-team collaboration, and operational excellence.

Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure), proficiency in systems languages (Rust, Go, Python), hands-on experience with ML accelerators (GPUs/TPUs/Trainium), ability to lead complex technical initiatives, and 12+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale compute infrastructure.
