The Senior Software Engineer on the Capture team designs, builds, and operates distributed services for real-time ingestion of audio, video, and telephony metadata from provider platforms like Zoom, Teams, Webex into Pindrop's analytics and fraud detection engines. The role focuses on low-latency streaming, provider integrations, and production reliability.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of professional software development experience building and operating distributed backend services in production, strong proficiency in Go (Golang) or a comparable compiled language, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. Nice to have experience with real-time communication protocols and event-driven messaging systems.
