About the role
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Solutions Architect to design, deploy, and automate Kubernetes-based platforms for secure, scalable container orchestration. The role involves architecting clusters, managing core services, implementing IaC with Terraform, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, building automation tools, and mentoring teams. Expertise in hybrid/private cloud environments like VMware vSphere or OpenShift is preferred.
Requirements
Must hold DoD 8570/8140 certifications, have 8+ years experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, advanced proficiency in Terraform, strong command of Kubernetes RBAC, networking, Linux, Git/GitOps. Preferred: experience with VMware vSphere, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, custom Kubernetes operators, programming in Python/Go, and certifications like CKA, CKAD, CKS. Active TS/SCI clearance required.
