AI Engineer- Agentic Customer Flow

ERGO NEXT is building technology-led small business insurance. We are seeking an AI Engineer with strong backend skills to design, build and scale AI-driven capabilities. The role focuses on building robust AI systems, developing LLM harness and quality frameworks, leveraging advanced GenAI techniques, and implementing production monitoring. This is heavily backend and GenAI work.

Minimum 4+ years backend engineering in Python, Go, or Java; experience integrating ML/LLM models into production; strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and observability; ability to navigate ambiguity; strong communication and collaboration skills.
