About the role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Security Programmer focused on Game Security to develop and improve anti-cheat capabilities within our games. Your efforts will be critical to the success of Fortnite and the many creators who depend on it. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in developing gameplay features and backend services. We are particularly interested in those that have prior experience working with Unreal Engine. Your primary focus will be on the dedicated server andbackend
Requirements
BSc in Computer Science/Software Programming or related subject - candidates without a degree are welcome as long as they have proven extensive hands-on experience. Excellent knowledge and debugging skills in the C++ programming language. Fluency in Go, Java, C#, or similar programming language. Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution. Ability to code and design system frameworks, new APIs, and tools. Versed in software
