About the role
Warp is building an agentic development environment with products Warp, Oz, and Warp Factories. The Founding Forward Deployed Engineer will own end-to-end enterprise implementations, architect agent workflows, build production solutions, guide self-hosted deployments, and develop reusable patterns. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and go-to-market, reporting to leadership.
Requirements
FDE-equivalent experience, strong infrastructure fundamentals (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Linux), familiarity with AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, agent architectures), excellent communication, high EQ. Bonus: experience with AI agents (LangChain), GitHub Actions, enterprise security (SOC 2), APIs/SDKs, terminal apps, Rust/Go.
