Senior Software Engineer, Exchange

Senior Software Engineer to design, build and scale exchange infrastructure including order matching, trade execution, APIs (REST, FIX, WebSockets), and clearing. The role focuses on latency, reliability, and high-throughput systems for prediction markets. The engineer will own core components end to end and work with sophisticated clients. This is high-ownership, high-impact work with real autonomy.

At least 5+ years of engineering experience with high-performance, low-latency systems. Strong command of C, Rust, C++, Go, Java or similar. Demonstrable experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Experience in TradeFi, prediction markets, or crypto exchange infrastructure. Preferred: background in sports, fantasy, gaming; experience with highly available consumer-facing systems; deep understanding of concurrency and threading models.
