Senior Language Runtime Engineer

Build and evolve Nexus interfaces for Temporal SDKs, which are full-fledged runtime environments for durable execution. Design and implement Nexus APIs across multiple languages (Python, TypeScript, .NET, Ruby, Rust) to enable developers to compose and invoke durable workflows. Collaborate with SDK engineers to deliver a unified developer experience. At least 7 years of experience in production with highly scalable distributed systems. Solid computer science fundamentals in distributed systems including multi-threading and concurrency. Experience writing concurrent code in production with languages like Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, .NET or others at intermediate/advanced/expert level. Experience designing APIs, SDK libraries, or working with open source systems.
