Software Engineer

Investa is building the UK's first zero-commission Options and Stocks trading platform, FCA-regulated. They are a lean, agile startup with funding and traction. They are looking for a driven Software Engineer to join their founding engineering team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of core platform features, working across the full stack, and contributing to system design in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Over 3 years of commercial software engineering experience, ideally building distributed systems or backend APIs. Strong coder proficient in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, Go) and comfortable with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Must be pragmatic, curious, first-principles thinker, and able to participate in production support outside hours.
