About the role

Investa is building the UK's first zero-commission Options and Stocks trading platform. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our founding engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain robust, scalable services, work directly with founders, and shape engineering culture. You will have full-stack versatility, system design influence, and technical excellence. This is a hybrid role based in London.

Requirements

5+ years commercial software engineering experience building production-grade distributed systems. Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, TypeScript, Java, Go) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong coding, adaptability, pragmatic mindset, collaborative spirit, first-principles thinking. Experience with FCA-regulated platforms is a plus.
