Staff Machine Learning Engineer, AI Insights

CoreWeave is an AI hyperscaler. The AI Insights team builds customer-facing AI capabilities for Mission Control. This Staff ML Engineer role leads technical design and delivery of production ML systems for observability, anomaly detection, and incident understanding. Involves framing problems, developing models, building evaluation frameworks, integrating with telemetry platforms. Work spans metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and operational events to create actionable insights.

Significant experience designing and shipping production ML systems. Strong Python skills, deep ML fundamentals (model selection, feature engineering, experimentation, evaluation). Experience with time-series, event, log, metric, trace operational data at scale. Demonstrated ability to define evaluation methodology for ambiguous ML problems. Strong systems thinking and distributed systems reasoning. Excellent communication and track record of technical leadership.
