Software Engineer - Backend + AI

Cabify is seeking Software Engineers (Backend) to embrace Agentic Development using AI tools throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating on architecture, building distributed systems, using AI coding assistants, improving reliability, mentoring, and working with Data Science. The team uses Go, Elixir, or Ruby but is language agnostic. The role is fully on-site in Madrid.

Great alignment with principles, solid knowledge of algorithms & data structures, experience with medium/large-scale web applications and distributed systems, experience with design patterns, comfortable with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows, curiosity about AI, ability to work independently and as team player, ability to make product/business decisions, ability to achieve results in fast-paced environment.
