About the role
The Integration Team helps customers deploy Sardine's fraud, risk, and compliance products. The Solutions Architect leads implementations, works with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and event-driven workflows. They partner with customers and cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and create a best-in-class implementation experience.
Requirements
7+ years experience as implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst. 3+ years B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with SQL, JSON, APIs (OpenAPI), web development, and scripting (bash, Python, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
