About the role

Coworker is building a context graph across enterprise systems that gives AI models true native access to company knowledge, delivering roughly 5x the tokens for the same spend. As a senior software engineer at this early-stage startup, you will work at the forefront of AI development, building the product and company around AI-native workflows. You will get hands-on with AI systems and traditional code, automate tasks, mentor junior engineers, guide technical architecture, and drive key metrics

Requirements

Bachelor's and/or master's degree (Computer Science preferred); 4-8+ years of professional development experience. Must have experience owning products from zero to one, strong communication and collaboration skills, and aggressive use of AI tools. Languages: GoLang, TypeScript, Python. Excitement, ambition, and a desire to work in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment
