Software Engineer, Driver Experience

Lyft is seeking a product-minded Software Engineer for the Driver Experience team to build and improve backend products that enhance driver interactions. 3-5 years of software engineering experience with backend production systems. Proficiency in Go, Python, Java or similar. Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, message queues, async processing. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, observability tooling, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), testing, Git workflows, CI/CD. Ability to scope tasks independently and communicate effectively.
