Software Engineer

Titan is building the AI workforce for IT, deploying AI agents across MSPs and enterprises. As a Software Engineer, you'll work across the stack to build products blending human expertise with AI agents, focusing on backend systems, APIs, and AI integration. You'll design scalable systems, develop APIs, drive architecture decisions, and ship fast. Requires 3+ years experience, proficiency in Python/Node.js/Go, cloud, AI/ML. Bonus: LLMs. Compensation $180K-$480K. Locations NYC and SF.

3+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in building and scaling web services. Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go, with experience in cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems or real-time data processing is a plus. User-focused builder. Startup mindset. Bonus: Experience integrating LLMs, AI-powered automation, or observability tools.
