Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

DubClub unifies sports betting content for cappers and fans. This Staff Software Engineer role is a senior IC position in Chicago, owning projects end-to-end and shipping to millions of users. You will partner with founders and GTM leaders to define roadmap, lead full-stack feature development in mobile and web, balance speed and maintainability, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and collaborate on intuitive user experiences. The role is embedded with the co-founder and CEO, with frequent shipping to a passionate user base.

Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago. 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in startups/scaleups. Proven track record of shipping impactful features across the stack. Passionate about technology and adding value through elegant product. Adopter of agentic coding methodologies (AI-first). Strong technical judgment on scope and refactoring. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Excited about sports betting space. Experience building React Native mobile apps preferred. Bonus: experience building marketplaces, fintech, or consumer-facing products.
