About the role
Harbinger is an American commercial EV company. As Engineering Manager, you will lead the multidisciplinary Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) in Garden Grove, CA, driving development of Fleet dashboard, payment integration, vehicle configuration tools, and acting as a bridge between firmware and software engineering. You will manage high-impact web and app products, lead architecture and hiring, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
Domain agility valued; automotive experience not required. Deep technical expertise with React and/or GoLang. Proven cross-functional leadership and end-to-end delivery. Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, geospatial dashboards, IoT, and real-time distributed systems. Familiarity with Jira, Git. Background in vehicle or asset tracking systems.
