Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

Airship is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead a team of five engineers in the US and France. This hands-on role involves managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation. The manager will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, plan projects, and collaborate cross-functionally. 5+ years in backend or infrastructure engineering; 2+ years managing or mentoring engineers; strong project management; excellent English communication; experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable).
