Requirements
5+ years in backend or infrastructure engineering; 2+ years managing or mentoring engineers; strong project management; excellent English communication; experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable). Nice-to-have: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker), Python/Go/Java, security best practices, networking fundamentals, incident management.
