Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience directly managing software or infrastructure engineering teams. Technical Depth: Deep hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure foundations, specifically AWS, Kubernetes, and Postgres. Architectural Insight: Proven ability to design and implement complex infrastructure projects such as multi-region deployments or disaster recovery frameworks.
