Principal Software Engineer, Agentic Integrations

The Integrations team is looking for a Principal Software Engineer who can architect the agentic workflows that connect Black Duck's application security products (SAST, SCA, and DAST) directly into the developer's agentic workflow. This role involves designing and hardening production-grade AI agent systems, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and MCP-based integrations. The engineer will own the big picture solution architecture, identify new opportunities, and drive technical direction.

Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, task decomposition (e.g., LangChain, PydanticAI, LangGraph). Experience building or integrating MCP servers. 2+ years applying LLMs into production workflows. Strong API and systems design skills. Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows. Track record of taking initiative. Strong cross-functional communication. Broad software engineering background (8+ years) in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, APIs, distributed,
