Founding Product Engineer

Netradyne seeks a Founding Product Engineer for a new vision-based safety platform. The role involves end-to-end ownership from edge devices through cloud infrastructure to user-facing dashboards, blending platform/infrastructure and product/experience work. You'll talk to customers directly and rapidly iterate, building features like real-time event streaming, multi-tenant access control, compliance analytics, and agentic surfaces.

Requires 7+ years software engineering, full-stack comfort (e.g. Go, Python, Java; cloud infra or modern frontend), experience with multi-tenant systems and RBAC, direct customer interaction, and fluency with AI-assisted development. Nice-to-have: agent orchestration, data pipelines, AI agent features, safety/ops/comp exp.
