Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Accurx is building a unified communication platform for the NHS, used by 98% of GP practices. As a Staff ML/AI Engineer, you will set technical direction for AI/ML capabilities, own end-to-end quality strategy, act as a force multiplier across teams, and identify new AI/ML product opportunities. You will work closely with the Triage Intelligence team. The role involves deep expertise in ML techniques, production deployment, and mentoring.

Deep expertise across ML techniques (Transformer NLP, Deep Learning, Tree-based, Bayesian), proven track record of taking models to production, comfortable setting technical direction, mastery of production-grade language (Python, C#, Go), natural mentor and communicator.
