About the role

Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and improve reliable and secure systems for satellite and ground infrastructure. This backend/platform role involves developing backend services, collaborating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams, modernizing CI/CD, improving observability, and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure. Ideal candidate has strong Python and compiled language skills, experience with containers, Linux, and systems engineering.

Requirements

5+ years software engineering experience, strong Python and compiled language (Rust, C++, Go, Java, or C) skills, backend engineering, AWS, containers, CI/CD, Linux, systems engineering, and experience collaborating with infrastructure or security teams. Preferred: experience in complex industries (aerospace, etc.), familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, observability tools, DevSecOps.
