About the role
We are hiring an Enterprise Engineer to advance our mission of building real-time multimodal intelligence by delivering agentic voice AI solutions into production. Responsibilities include architecting enterprise-grade systems, owning design and delivery of platform capabilities, turning customer deployment patterns into scalable primitives, and defining reliability and security standards.
Requirements
Strong backend engineering fundamentals with experience in Go and/or Python. Must think in terms of long-term maintainability and modularity. Good at collaborating cross-functionally and translating customer feedback into improvements. Experience with enterprise-grade concerns: deployment in customer-managed infrastructure (VPCs, on-prem), compliance, observability, multi-tenancy, and security hardening.
