Software Engineer

Paradigm is building a new workspace enabling knowledge workers to leverage LLMs for large-scale research. The role involves solving unique problems in parallelizing agents, including race conditions, realtime transmission, and optimizing throughput. Day-to-day tasks include building UI for agent traces, codifying team processes, debugging connectivity, defining API contracts, and performing triage.

Candidates need 2-5 years of software engineering experience, consistent record as an individual contributor on medium to large projects, experience managing high-traffic products in production, and skills in React, TypeScript, Go, Postgres. Familiarity with Tanstack, Websockets, and Zustand is a bonus. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are valued.
