Senior Software Engineer, Agent-Driven

This role blends traditional software engineering, agent management, and system-building. The candidate will produce software by driving a fleet of agents, build the system by which software is built (e.g., system prompts, verification loops), and stay on top of new technology. The context is carbon accounting at a leading carbon and energy management company. The team is senior and full-stack, with values of agency, urgency, and customer obsession.

The ideal candidate non-negotiably holds themselves and colleagues to high accountability, enjoys rapid context switching and attention to detail, prizes clear communication, and is a natural system builder. Experience with some or all of: Golang, Postgres, React/Typescript, Docker, AWS, Terraform. No carbon accounting knowledge required. Visa sponsorship: cannot sponsor new visas but supports transfers.
