Senior Software Engineer, Product Platform (Fullstack)

Own the platform that every product at Triumph runs on, including payments, onboarding, identity, notifications, anti-fraud, and internal dashboards. Ensure these critical systems remain healthy, resilient, and scalable during hypergrowth. Build new payment rails, markets, and capabilities while integrating AI agents into daily planning, building, and reviewing work. Work is visible across the company with flexibility for greenfield projects that increase engineering productivity.

5+ years building complex platform systems at scale, with proven ability to scale core systems like communications, onboarding, payments, or fraud under hypergrowth. High independence and comfort with ambiguous, cross-cutting problems. Treat AI as a core part of your workflow; demonstrate how it changed your output. Strong backend fundamentals in Go, Postgres, or any typed backend language; experience on Google Cloud preferred.
