Principal Engineer

Lead the design of complex, distributed micro-services and platforms, focusing on scalability, resilience, and maintainability. Ensure alignment across teams, drive technology decisions, take accountability for reliability, security, and performance. Enforce coding standards, contribute to IaC and CI/CD, resolve incidents, mentor teammates, and translate technical topics to business value.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 10+ years Software Engineering, 3+ years Technical Leadership. Proven track record designing high-traffic distributed systems. Experience in DevOps culture, able to code in Java/Go. Deep expertise in Event-Driven, Microservices, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture. Ability to evolve legacy systems, container ecosystem, 'Everything as Code'. Excellent English, influential, curious learner.
