Chief Architect

Legion Technologies is seeking a Chief Architect to serve as the most senior hands-on technical leader, owning the architecture for the AI-driven workforce management platform. This role involves deep technical decision-making, code-level engagement, and shaping long-term platform strategy for AI, optimization, distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise scalability.

15+ years building and scaling large-scale software systems; prior Chief Architect or equivalent senior technical leadership role; deep hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, data platforms, and high-availability production environments; experience with AI/ML/optimization products; strong architectural judgment; ability to operate as hands-on technical leader; Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
