Lead end-to-end design and development of sophisticated software applications. Collaborate with stakeholders, write high-quality code, debug, test, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, improve processes, stay updated on technologies. Requires 4+ years experience, expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, Golang, or Ruby, BE frameworks, relational databases, CI/CD, IaC. Preferred: healthcare regulations, full stack experience.

Required: Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent, 4+ years software development, 3+ years expert TypeScript and OOP languages (NodeJS, Golang, Ruby), 3+ years with BE frameworks (Express, Ruby-on-Rails), relational databases (SQL, Postgres), ORMs (Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM), CI/CD, IaC. Strong problem-solving, communication, testing, AI for code generation. Preferred: Master's degree, healthcare regulations, full stack experience.
