Senior Software Engineer, Ads

Reddit is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for the Ads organization. The role involves building microservices, distributed systems, and backends for advertiser-facing products. Technologies include Go, Python, Scala, Kafka, Kubernetes, and more. Responsibilities include working with product managers, collaborating with teams, leading operational stability, and building extensible components.

5+ years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Java, Scala, Go, C++, Python). Able to take complete ownership of a feature or project. Experience working in the Ads domain preferred.
