Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Roblox is hiring a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to join the Detection and Response team (DART). The role involves conducting full-stack security assessments across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and backend systems, driving detection engineering partnerships through purple team exercises, developing custom tools and BAS frameworks, building security metrics, and staying current with attack techniques.

4+ years of offensive security experience with purple team exercises and detection engineering collaboration. Proficiency in Python/Go for tooling. Full-stack security assessment of web apps, APIs, cloud, backend. Deep knowledge of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, exploit development. Certifications like OSCP, GXPN preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and self-motivation skills.
