Senior Software Engineer- User Behavior

Senior Software Engineer building backend systems for trust and safety at Roblox. You will own core backend infrastructure including a low-latency behavioral data layer, centralized rules-and-inference engine, and unified intervention-delivery framework to treat users based on real risk profile. This role involves designing for scalability, fairness, and auditability across hundreds of millions of users.

5+ years building production backend systems at scale in Go or similar. Strong experience with distributed systems, RPC/gRPC, high-throughput data modeling, caching, low-latency reads. Experience with rules engines, decision systems, streaming data pipelines, and production operations. Nice-to-have: Trust & Safety, fraud, risk experience.
