About the role

We are building the execution layer where AI agents do real work. This role focuses on developing the agent harness: hooks for constraint enforcement, long-horizon execution with spec-driven autonomy, planner/executor/evaluator pipelines, and agent memory management. The harness is built in TypeScript and Go, running on our own GPU infrastructure.

Requirements

Strong TypeScript or Go in production, experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.), ability to think in harness terms, drive features end-to-end. Must reside in one of the specified European countries. No visa sponsorship offered.
