Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Oscar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join their Engineering team. The role involves building reliable and maintainable applications, infrastructure, and interfaces that make interacting with the healthcare system easier for members and providers. Fullstack Engineers work on a wide range of projects positively impacting millions of members. The position reports to an Engineering Leader.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a variety of technologies. Experience proposing and iterating on technologies. Demonstrated technical contributions improving quality. Solid understanding of CS concepts. Writes stable, correct, maintainable code. Preferred: expertise in Typescript, Javascript, Python, or Golang; experience building consumer-facing products at scale; prior health technology company experience.
