About the role
We are building Europe's Business AI with an AI platform. As a Backend Engineer, you will develop scalable backend services, connect data sources via API, work with microservices, and collaborate with AI, frontend, and DevOps teams. You will use Python and C/C++ to implement features and ensure reliability. The role is hybrid based in Tirana, with team offsites in Europe.
Requirements
You have experience developing scalable microservices and working with REST APIs. You use Python daily and have additional language skills in C/C++. You are familiar with modular software architecture, clean code, and system design. You communicate confidently in English and are eager to learn new technologies.
