Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

UJET, an AI-powered contact center platform, seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to own epics and deliver features across frontend and backend. Responsibilities include designing high-availability services, mentoring junior engineers, using AI coding assistants, and participating in on-call rotation. The role requires 5+ years experience, fullstack skills, and proficiency in AI-driven development. Position is hybrid in Porto, Portugal.

5+ years software development with fullstack experience. Strong knowledge of distributed computing, microservices, and datastores (MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch). Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Ruby, Python) and modern frontend framework (React, Angular). Hands-on AI-driven development with tools like Claude, Copilot, Cursor. Experience mentoring engineers. Bachelor's in CS or equivalent. Must be able to work 2 days/week in Porto, Portugal.
