Requirements
BS in CS or equivalent; 5+ years software development (3+ for exceptional candidates). Strong backend (Go/Java) or frontend (React) skills; Python and Kafka a plus. Experience with cloud microservices (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, containerization, Agile/Scrum. Domain experience in high-throughput tools, transactional systems, or SaaS. Excellent communication and technical empathy.
