About the role

Sphinx is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their Space Communications team building a cutting edge communications platform for US government satellites. The role involves maintaining AWS-based Kubernetes infrastructure, developing GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Helm charts, and ensuring platform reliability and security. The team is distributed across the US with a hybrid work arrangement based in Colorado Springs, CO.

Requirements

Experience maintaining production AWS-based Kubernetes (EKS), GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Helm charts, AWS IAM, troubleshooting in AWS/K8s, proficiency in Python or Go, and ability to support cross-functional teams. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
