Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (advanced preferred). 10+ years software engineering, 3+ years managing teams. Full-stack production-grade experience. Hands-on with Go, React, MongoDB, Redis, gRPC, GraphQL, Temporal, Ubuntu, AWS. AI coding assistant fluency (Cursor, Claude). Life sciences or regulated software experience. Strong cross-functional skills.
