Requirements

5+ years UI engineering with 2+ years leading front-end architectures. Advanced React/TypeScript, UI/UX collaboration, product management partnership. Hands-on AI tooling (Codex, Claude, Copilot). Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, RxJS. Experience with data grids, charting, testing frameworks (RTL, Mocha, Jest, Cypress, Playwright). Preferred: finance/fintech experience, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka/Spark, design systems, micro-frontends, backend languages (Go, Python, Java, Rust), strong communication
