Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant

Inflect is seeking a Sr Fullstack Engineer Consultant to serve as primary advisor for the Gateway and Capacity Matching cluster within the Intelligence Engine. This autonomous consulting engagement involves building and maintaining full-stack matching-to-transaction spine, algorithmic confidence scoring, cost optimization logic, and gateway service infrastructure. The role also provides cross-coverage backup for RouteFinder and Site Prover clusters.

7-10 years of professional full-stack engineering expertise with deep production proficiency in Go and React/TypeScript. Applied experience in algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks, combined with API gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures. Hands-on experience with Postgres, AWS, event-driven messaging, and data pipelines. Fluent professional English communication skills for cross-border async collaboration.
