About the role
SIXGEN is seeking a Principal Targeting Analyst to build and lead an organic targeting and collection capability that strengthens offensive cyber, red-team, and adversary-emission missions. This hands-on technical leadership role involves deep OSINT and managed-attribution tradecraft, professional foreign-language proficiency, applied AI engineering, and software development. Responsibilities include end-to-end target development, persona lifecycle management, AI/LLM automation, and mentoring. 8
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 8+ years in intelligence analysis, targeting, OSINT collection, SIGINT, computer network exploitation, or related discipline. Active TS/SCI clearance. Expertise in OSINT tradecraft and managed attribution. Professional foreign language proficiency (ILR 2+ / DLPT equivalent) in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred; Russian, Farsi, Arabic, Korean, or Spanish
