Senior Software Engineer, Interoperability

Clover Health is reinventing health insurance by building tools to improve health. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build and maintain production software implementing healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, develop APIs, services, and data pipelines, and work with product managers and operational staff to develop new features. You will help define development practices and work with engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals.

You should have hands-on experience with FHIR and HL7, 5+ years as a Software Engineer with experience in Python, Javascript, or Go, experience writing SQL queries in Postgres, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or other database systems, comfortable working as a data engineer, able to create and call RESTful APIs (gRPC a plus), and experience with cloud services such as GCP or AWS.
